Shift Elevate sends shift reminders, open shift alerts, and scheduling updates by text. No marketing—only operational notifications.
Staff are invited by a facility admin. After you receive the invite, verify your email, set your password, and complete your profile during onboarding. In the profile form you enter your mobile number and opt in to SMS notifications. Opt-in is part of the mandatory onboarding step—there is no separate public opt-in form.
If you've already completed onboarding and want to update your SMS preferences, log in and adjust your settings in your profile.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by logging in and adjusting your preferences in your profile.
